I would like to personally welcome you to Horizons Elementary School.  

I have served the students of Caldwell County for over 25 years as a bus driver, program director, teacher, assistant principal, and principal. I attended Western Carolina University where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. I also attended Appalachian State University where I obtained two Master's degrees, Middle School Education and School Administration.  

Currently, I am starting my 8^th year as principal of Horizons Elementary.  

 I look forward to serving the students, families, and faculty to the best of my ability.
